Always Always swiping left

This is the age where the dating scene is all on dating apps, especially now since Covid hit the world. When I was in my early twenties I was hopeful about this whole online dating experience. I watched my brother meet the love of his life on one of the well known websites, and at the time I thought to myself what the heck! I will just give a try! I tried that same site for two years and didn't have any luck. I was discouraged but I'm a praying type of person and just decided to be patient and wait on the right person God has for me. That patience didn't last long... Fast forward 5 years. 4 dating sites. swiping left on 3,000+ men(no exaggeration). This is definitely not the apps fault, its people now a days. Society is all about hooking up and no real relationships. Whatever happened to getting to know someone? What has happened to romance? Old fashion values? The old fashioned ways where guys ask the girl out, take her somewhere nice to get to know her and actually her (not her body), the guy that wanted friendship as well as a relationship. The guy that wont try to kiss on the first date. The guy that wants a good woman. I do know there are nice guys out there. The question is where are they hiding??
